A Little Bit of Sanity and A Lot of Chaos: GW finds

GW finds

A little metallic silver paint and this will be perfect on the mantel.
It has a seat. It looks just like the back. I've already taken it off and started to fix it. It was $12.99.
No idea how I'm going to do this one. Yikes. But it was only $6.99.
It's tiny. Porter fits it perfectly. He wants it in his room, but Jack would climb the curtains with it. I'm thinking silver base? Leave the wood...

Hello odd little thing.
It is so strange. But I love it. I'm thinking about doing it just like the black and blue chairs. But keeping the upholstery tacks. I adore this chair. It's staying. Unless someone wants to pay me a crapload for it. It was $12.99. A little over my price range. But I did it anyway.

Great finds. I have a chair similar to yours that my sister gave me. The channel back scared me so I paid someone to recover it for me. I painted the frame cream. Looks great now! You must have been tired that day, you got all sorts of different seating. Love your odd little chair, fits in odd little corners!

Wow, you are the queen of GW! I love the little child's chair and I even love it just the way it is! And I also love your skinny minnie chair and can't wait to see what you do with it, and all of these wonderful chairs!

Oh yes, that last chair would've come home with me too just because it is so different.

Wow!! You find the most amazing things at your GW. Ours has mostly clothes, never any really nice furniture. I love the settee, I know you will make it beautiful again.

your Goodwill has some great prices. I have found some furniture pieces at mine, but a lot of time it is overpriced!

Can't wait to see what you are doing with the bench. :)

If you have time, can you check my recent sidetable post... I am soliciting advice on what my next step should be, and would love to hear your two cents. I am between staining and painting, and I am not confident with either process.
Thanks!

I have the matching chair to your last picture. It was my grandmothers. I always loved sitting on it and when she passed away my grandfather gave it to me. I always thougth it was a one of a kind. How funny. What about making a slipcover for the other chair? I saw a post on TheNester.com on making one.
