Flea Market Trips

Okay. That's it. I'm tired of reading about all these fun trips going junking and flea marketing around the United States. I want in on the action....who's with me?

I've decided to do two trips. First one is August 8th. The Elkhorn Flea Market in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. It opens at 7. I'm going. If anyone wants to come with I'm on the lookout for junk. Lots and lots of junky furniture that I can turn into amazing pieces. My heart is set on a french provincial chair that I can fill the cushion with down and make all cozy and dreamy.

The second one is a big one and some of you may actually be at this one. Medora - you in? We could have a girls weekend! No kids or hubbies allowed. Junk Bonanza in Shakopee, MN. September 16 - 18th.

    I want to go!! I hear about all these great flea markets and never can find one close to me! Not sure either of those are close enough for me....bummer. I am in St. Louis so I am sure that would be quite a drive!

    I hadn't heard of Junk Bonanza, but will be in the cities for a Twins game that weekend. May have to stop by!

    first, i can't go but i wish i could. second, how do you find out about these things? i'm trying to find out about some in my area. i live in oklahoma city. however, i can't travel because 1) my husband is in dental school and he just started, 2) that makes us poor and we're young and have only been married a year...that makes us super poor, but i still love stuff like this. :) have FUN!!! and report back to us! LOVE your blog!

    The one in MLPS is really fun! My mom has gotten lots of cool junk for super fun projects...you will love it!

    Wow! Might make it to the Elkhorn one.....I'll let you know! Going to the Kane County Flea Market here in Chicagoland the last weekend in July.

    I wish I could go, it would be so fun to meet up with some other bloggers! I went to Junk Bonanza last year, and it was a blast. I'm due to have a baby on Sep. 11th, though, so I'm thinking I probably won't be able to make it to Junk Bonanza on the 16th ;)
