A Little Bit of Sanity and A Lot of Chaos: Twin Dressers

Twin Dressers

I have been swamped with custom painting! It's been fantastic!

So, here's a couple of dressers that someone brought me to paint for them. They are the cutest couple ever and are having a new baby in August...and I just can't wait to paint the baby's furniture too!

She had the tall dresser and picked up the long one at Goodwill all on her own for 25 bucks! Yeah her!
For some reason I don't have a before of the tall one, but imagine light country pine...

 Here's the tall one after:

And the long one after:

Tall:

Long:

I love these pulls! They are perfect for a little label:

I know, this is a totally random and unorganized post. But honestly, we spent the day outside. It was 82 today, and for Wisco in April it is required by law that you spend the day outside when it is like that, so I've had a bit of sun, and I'm exhausted, so random you get....

Then, I happened to be at St. Vinny's the day after she brought me those two dressers and I found this one:

And I turned it into this:

I'm just so happy with the outcome of all of them! And this one has already found a home. Makes me smile!

Happy Monday!

You so good at this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the pieces are so well done.

Question:

Did you spray paint these?
If so, how to you get the finish to look so smooth?

Every time I spray paint something there is a gob of paint some where on the piece. Is it my hand or the spray attachment or both? Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!
