A Little Bit of Sanity and A Lot of Chaos: Is it a buffet? Or a changing table? Or an entry table? Or a nightstand?

Is it a buffet? Or a changing table? Or an entry table? Or a nightstand?

I can't decide where this would be best...

Don't you see it as a fantastic changing table in a shabby chic little girl's room?

Or how about as a night stand, with books and a lamp and some reading glasses sitting on top?

Or as a buffet...piled high with turkey and gravy and mashed potatoes and creamed corn and a jello mold...

Oh. Pictures. You want pictures.

Before:

Not too bad. Doors needed some trim replaced, no hardware, but sturdy and clean.

After:

Angels singing! This was meant to be white. Meant. To. Be.

Dreamy....

Oh gosh, I love everything about this piece. The legs, the trim, the drop down sides. Your idea of a changing table is wonderful. All that storage for diapers and wipes. But really, it would look just perfect in my dining room!

Yes, ma'am! It was definitely meant to be white! I would love it in an entryway.

I would love to see this in an entryway with fresh flowers and some great white design books on it. Great job.

Oh.
My.
Goodness.

i've been stalking/searching the craigslist's in two cities surrounding me, as well as sending my mom and grandma out to every antique store we know of [they're ok with this part] in search of THAT. i need a sofa table that is big enough to hold dishes/junk/fish tank and small enough not to dwarf the rest of my apartment...LOVE it.

nicely done, ma'am!! :)
