New Chairs

We stopped at ReStore on the way home from the Trainfest and I just ran in to see if they had a 4x4 post for a project that I wanted to do. They did. Of course. And it was $.25. Hello! They also had some smaller posts that I wanted for another project. Score! And a board for another project. Yes!

Then they had chairs. I saw them when I first walked in, but they were not marked and there wasn't anyone around so I skipped them for the moment. I got my stuff, found something else that is a secret, and went to check out. The clerk told me furniture was 1/2 off! Hooray! I grabbed these two chairs for $5 a piece. Originally $10 each. Yes! They are perfect for our dining room.

Here they are. Oh my.....

Here's the first and second layers. Oh my....

New Chairs!

Awesome.

  4. Love the chairs. I'm such a sucker for chairs. You did a great job! Your profile made me chuckle. Sounds a lot like me. I keep asking myself, "what do I want to be when I grow up?" Then remember I am grown up. And besides, raising my children is by far the best job I've ever had!
