Photography

I took some Christmas pictures for my friend and her family today. Same little "K" from a few months ago. Still as cute as ever! Here's a little sneak peak at the photos. It was so fun and they were so great!

I used my new light scoop and I'm still trying to figure things out. (Thanks Erin for letting me in on the details!) Lots of playing around and practicing to do. 

Girls.Girls.Girls.

This is "L" (again with the fancy letter thing). She is the daughter of our friends Sara and Josh. She just turned 1. How adorable are those chubby arms! You should see her legs!


And this is "D" on her first day of pre-school. She is my friend Angie's daughter. She has the blondest hair and the prettiest eyes ever!

Little "K"

I had my first attempt at photographing someone else's child on Monday. My friend Amy asked me to take 2-year photos of K. (I see all the professional photographers just use initials of kids, so I figured I should too. Just to make it legit.)

Here are my favorites. I hope she likes them. K was so fun and so easy to photograph. Makes me almost want to try for a girl.....ALMOST.

How can you not love these faces?

If I could leave Tom for an inanimate object it would be these two hats. I am so in love with them. I am currently wearing the one with the buttons. These are from Susie Knits. Thank you Susie! I love, love, love them. The white one is soooo tiny. I opened the bag and saw it and nearly cried at how tiny it is. I can't wait for the baby to get here to put it on him... And photos in it... Oh, I am just dying...I am giddy with excitement over these hats.

Oranges

I ate this entire bowl of cutie pie oranges in about 3 days.
